What is Strong Supplies?

Strong Supplies delivers personalised supplements based on your sport & individual needs. Based on your individual profile, your specific sport and your personal goals, our nutritionists and sports doctors create your personalized package for you to supplement your diet. We only deliver quality and premium products.

How do I get started?

If you’re looking for a little help figuring out what supplements to take, we can help. All you have to do is answer our intake form about your diet, lifestyle, sport and training scheme and we’ll recommend vitamins and supplements for you. Click here to get started.

How many supplements do I receive?

This depends. Every person is different, with a different body, specific needs & goals. We are not all the same so why should your supplements be? Depending on the results of your intake form, we configure a personalised supplement scheme for you. In the next step, you can choose which supplements you want to order. Per shipment, we deliver supplements for 4 weeks.

How does pricing work?

Depending on your needs and wants, we give you individualized proposals. Prices start around €20/month and vary depending on your goals and your budget.

Can I order for one month?

Yes, you can. Strong Supplies is subscription-based service where you can always cancel your account whenever you want. You pay upfront per month, no long-term contract is needed, although we recommend it for optimal effect of your supplements. You also have the opportunity to order for one month without a subscription.

Do I need an account?

You don’t need an account in order to receive our products. You have the possibility to create one after you order your supplies, but it is not obligatory. But, this will give you access to our Mobile App.

Shipping

To which countries do you ship?

Momentarily we ship to all countries inside the EU (including Norway, Switzerland and UK). Other countries outside of these will follow soon.

How long does it take to ship?

Depending on your location between 1 and 7 days. Within Belgium between 1 and 2 days. Neighbouring countries between 2 and 4 days. Non-neighbouring countries, more than 4 days.

How do I change my shipping address?

By logging into your account.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking code with each delivery. Keep an eye on your email inbox when you order.

Package status says “delivered” but I received nothing, what now?

In this case, there is probably an issue with the parcel service. Please send us an email at outperform@strong.supplies so we can look into this issue.

Subscription

How does the Strong Supplies subscription work?

A Strong Supplies subscription consists of a monthly delivery of sports supplements. These are based on the intake form you filled in prior to ordering. Everything is conveniently packed per intake moment and all supplements are personalised to your body, goals and training scheme. You can cancel or pause at any time, without extra costs.

How do I manage my subscription?

By logging into your account.

When do I get my next delivery?

Your box will arrive approximately 7 days after an order is confirmed or a subscription is renewed. We make sure your supplements follow-up perfectly month over month.

Can I buy without subscribing?

Yes, you can order 1-time packages also.

How can I pay?

Payments can be done by Credit Card and Paypal for a subscription. Bancontact, Credit Card and Paypal for a 1-time order.

How can I cancel my order

You can cancel your subscription at any time.
